      ‘Formation of Largest Clay Prototype Forts’ activity organized by Value Education and Youth Empowerment Cell of Akhil Bhartiya Shri Swami Samarth Gurupeeth, Trimbakeshwar had been registered in Genius Book of World Records.

      The largest fort making activity to set new world record and state level youth festival had been organized in Pune with the blessings of His Holiness Gurumauli Shri Annasaheb More, President, Akhil Bhartiya Shri Swami Samarth Gurupeeth, Trimbakeshwar and under the guidance of Hon. Shri Nitin Bhau More, Head, Value Education and Youth Empowerment Cell. Students from around 250 value education centers of Shri Gurupeeth and various schools from Pune region were participated in the said activity. This activity had been conducted on 5^th January 2020 between 8 AM to 12 NOON within 5 zones across Pune, namely, Chakan, Dhayari, Hadapsar, Aalandi, Pimpri-Chinchwad etc. Altogether participated students have made 750 clay prototype forts and set a new world record. 

     Participation of visually impaired students as well as students from Muslim community took this activity to different level and also given a message to stand together for social harmony.Along with fort making activity Youth Festival had also organized on same day in P.K. International School Campus at Chakan between 4 PM to 6 PM in which Hon. Shri Nitin Bhau More had addressed students and youth present for the event. Various dignitaries from Pune District were present on this occasion. Hon. Nitin Bhau during his address said, “The new generation should be introduced with the architecture of various forts made by Chatrapati Shivaji Maharaj. Chatrapati SHivaji Maharaj took his idea of ‘SWARAJYA’, ‘SUSHASAN’ to reality with his painstaking efforts, formation of forts provided stability to life of every common man in his territory. This fact is well-known, but still should be effectively presented in front of the whole world. This fort making activity has definitely helped to reintroduce multiple aspects of Chatrapati Shivaji Maharaj to the new generation. The magnificent history of Maharashtra shall be revised in cultural capital of Maharashtra was the main motto of Value Education Cell behind organizing this activity in Pune. The rich and historical inheritance of Maharashtra is celebrated in the form of Youth Empowerment Campaign being conducted by Shri Gurupeeth. The Youth Empowerment Cell is providing guidance on various personal problems of Youth, health, career etc. With various activities Youth Empowerment Cell aims to build confident, patriotic and addiction free-well cultured young generation.”

     Value Education Cell of Shri Gurupeeth had set various other world records by means of activities conducted for Children and Youth from various districts of Maharashtra, e.g. De-Addiction Campaign by formation of largest human chain protesting against Narcotics, Formation of eco-friendly Gahesh Idols activity, Eco-Friendly lanterns making activity, Mass chanting and tree plantation activity etc. The clay prototype fort making activity was fifth world record activity conducted by Value Education Cell. Students participated in this activity had spread the awareness about the vision of Chatrapati Shivaji Maharaj as well as necessity of protecting this old heritage left behind in the form of forts. All young minds inspired with the thoughts of Shivaji Maharaj have made around 750 clay prototype forts on this occasion. To enlighten these young minds to empower fort-heritage protection campaign was the main objective behind organizing this activity.
